Stay in the hotel before. Lovely old hotel. All staff very attentive. Room warm and cosy. Beds really comfortable. Bathroom spacious. Lovely setting in Old Stevenage High St.

The Hotel is being refurbished at the moment.Letters were left in out room apologizing for any disturbance. It also stated that no loud noise before mid day. We were woken up at 08.10a.m by constance hammering coming from the ground floor. Not Happy

Stayed here for a couple of weeks whilst house being re-furbished. Lovely large room, friendly and polite staff. Had room onto car park so could use patio door to come and go and use all the local pubs and restaurants in the old town.

wifi password changed every couple of days so had to keep ringing reception for code but then we stayed for more than a few days.

Great room, comfortable (6ft) bed, very friendly helpful staff. Fantastic meals. Nothing was too much trouble. We would be happy to stay there again. There was a disco on the first night we stayed, staff forewarned us, but they needn't have bothered, as we weren't inconvenienced.

Everything, staff, food, very comfy beds,the art course I was there for. Staff were helpfull and friendly and fun. Everywhere was clean. Facilities in rooms excellent. Single rooms have large beds. My daughter and I stayed in 2 single rooms for 6 nights from 27.4.2014 to 3.5.2014.
